- added workers (workers enable automation for each machine, allocate workers to any machine)
- automated lightning room and added way to automate shock button press
- added upgrades that have a cap and will be hidden once fully upgraded (for progression and engineered balance)
- back end changes to save system to allow balanced values to propagate old saves
- lightning only needs one person in jail in order to activate
- added back end threshold to capture that will only run auto when it's below 75% capacity
- added toggle in settings to enable or disable the button hold delay
-added in game change log and version number
-added cap to speed upgrades to prevent anim bugs (cap is 25)
- balanced death goals to increase time to automate

Yeah that needs a toggle.
By a certain point of the game, you never want that, and even early on you may never wish for it
Also feel the worker button should be on the far right rather than the left (further away from the centre of activity) as it's the button you'll push less so deserves to be in the less important spot

People were asking about the threshold, and I hard coded one to see how it would feel. I feel like adding a toggle will make the UI too cluttered. But it should be an optional threshold as you say.... hmmmm ....Will look into toggle placement.
Just push it in settings no? Add another sub window that contains both the hold delay and auto capture threshold, 'Game settings', could even make it a slider if you wanted, or set a number of people rather than ratio, your choice
You are right that the regular layout is getting a little cluttered though with both worker and heat usage
Just went back to game, worker state should be saved between loads too, pretty sure heat alone had been saved previously although can't say for certain
*Button hold delay toggle' separately doesn't save between different pits?
Cooldown upgrades dont take effect when first bought? Or not for the first animation of unlocking a new area
Unlocked Ash/Dark glass, bought 5 (Five.. this font) levels of speed, was clearly still base speed, much faster second time
Had bought the speed levels *before* starting the process if it doesn't work when buying after starting anyway
the speed upgrades only take effect after each animation is finished. Once the animation is finished the new values are injected. At this point because of how I’m manually handling the animations I can’t change the speed mid animation
Nice to clarify but as I finished with, the speed upgrades had been bought before the animation started, not during
Eg a value is only 'injected' at the end of an animation, not merely when it's idle, make sense?
