0.3.8a hotfix

Quick hot fix for a bug I found testing and some value tweaks. bigger update with automated lightning room and blood to iron conversion coming this week.

Change log:

- fixed auto ash glitch where it charged too much heat

- changed all auto to be priced 1000 gold except grease which is 500

- ash only takes 10 per compress, and each compress fills 25% of the bar
