Hi everyone,

I've updated Grid Tweaker since my last post, introducing a new game loop and a permanent upgrade system.

I'd appreciate your thoughts on:

  • The integration of the permanent upgrades with the game loop. Do they enhance the game or should I focus more on arcade elements?
  • Suggestions for new subsystems. I'm developing two, including a 'credit converter' that converts credits to score, and needs balancing like the grid. What other machine concepts would fit well? (The other allows for the heat to be run past its limit to increase your multiplier)
  • Creative input for minimalist game visuals.
